At 7th Day Cycles, we are happy to offer special orders for customers looking for specific bicycles, parts, or accessories that we do not have in stock. To ensure a smooth process, please review our special order policy below:

1. Placing a Special Order

• A special order can be placed in-store or over the phone with assistance from one of our staff members.
• Customers must provide accurate details, including the brand, model, size, and any necessary specifications.
• All special orders require pre-approval by our staff to confirm availability from our suppliers.

2. Payment Requirements

• A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total order cost is required at the time of purchase.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
• We accept payment via cash, Venmo, or credit/debit card.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and product availability. Estimated arrival times will be provided at the time of the order, but we cannot guarantee exact dates.
• Delays due to manufacturer backorders, shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

• Special orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed with the supplier.
• If a supplier is unable to fulfill the order, we will offer a refund or alternative options.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
• If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

6. Pick-Up & Storage

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders should be picked up within 14 days of arrival.
• Orders left unclaimed for more than 30 days without prior arrangement may be subject to restocking fees or forfeiture.
