Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment for all services and products:
- Cash
- Venmo
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Payment Terms
- Full Payment Due at Completion: All repair and maintenance services must be paid in full upon completion of the work.
- Special Orders: For special orders of parts or accessories, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required when placing the order, with the remaining balance due before pick-up.
- Invoices: We provide invoices for all payments. If you require an itemized receipt, please request it at the time of payment.
Payment Security
- All transactions processed through digital payment platforms (like Venmo or credit/debit cards) are handled securely.
- We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.
Returned Payments
- Returned checks or failed payments due to insufficient funds may be subject to an additional fee and could delay the completion of services.
- Customers will be notified and asked to provide an alternate payment method if any payment fails.
Non-Payment
- If payment is not made upon completion of the service, 7th Day Cycles reserves the right to withhold the release of your bicycle until the balance is settled.
- Unpaid services may also incur storage fees after a certain period (see our Terms & Conditions for more details).
