Welcome to 7th Day Cycles! We specialize in bicycle maintenance and repair services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these General Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all repairs, maintenance, special orders, and transactions conducted with our shop.

2. Service Estimates & Approvals

• All repair and maintenance work requires prior approval from the customer before service begins.
• Estimates are provided based on initial inspection; additional repairs may be necessary upon further assessment.
• Customers will be notified of any additional costs before work proceeds.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
• We accept payment via cash, Venmo, or credit/debit card.
• Prices are subject to change based on labor, parts, and supplier costs.

4. Turnaround Time & Service Completion

• Estimated service completion times are provided as a guideline but are subject to parts availability and workload.
• We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible while ensuring quality service.

5. Bicycle Pick-Up & Storage

• Customers will be notified when their bicycle is ready for pickup.
• Bicycles left beyond 30 days after notification of completion may be subject to a storage fee.
• Bicycles left beyond 60 days without prior arrangement may be considered abandoned and may be sold or donated to cover service costs.

6. Special Orders for Parts & Accessories

• Special orders for bicycle parts or accessories require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50%.
• Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable once placed with the supplier.
• Customers must pick up special orders within 14 days of arrival unless otherwise arranged.

7. Warranty & Liability

• We stand behind our repair work and offer a limited service warranty of 30 days on labor. Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts installed.
• 7th Day Cycles is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of serviced bicycles.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting their bicycle and ensuring it is in safe working condition before riding.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is used solely for service records and communication purposes.
• We do not sell, trade, or share customer data with third parties.

9. Amendments to Terms

• 7th Day Cycles reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
